Processing & Handling

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (within the contiguous U.S.).

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.
  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Some oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping fees and extended delivery times.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it at an additional shipping cost.
  • Refunds for returned shipments will be processed minus the original shipping fee.
