Processing & Handling
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.

- We currently ship to select international destinations.

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- Some oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping fees and extended delivery times.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.
- If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it at an additional shipping cost.
- Refunds for returned shipments will be processed minus the original shipping fee.
